Avla






Scientific Name: Phyilanthus emblica
Common Name: Avla
There is a sweet dish called “More Avla”, which is prepared mainly with grated Avla and resembles gajjer ke Halva.

Method; this dish is made as a health booster.
Take 1kg of properly grated avla and 1kg’s of sugar 100gm ginger and 20 pieces of Elachi.
Melt 1kg of sugar in 100ml of water till it thickens into a syrup, Add the grated avla into the warm sugar syrup and keep stirring till the water content in the pan reduces. After around 30 to 35 minutes, turn off the stove and let the preparation to cool.
Store the cooled preparation in air tight containers.
Eat one teaspoon daily for rejuvenating your health.

This fruit is widely noun as "AMLA" not Avla and use natural palm jaggri instead of sugar. sugar is harmfull to human not only diabetes but also all humans. this white poison destroy our health and lead to numerious disorders.
